I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?
We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages. Receipts are emailed to the customer only.

    Can I include a gift note with my order?

    Yes, please write in the box at check out what you would like your gift note to say and we will be sure to include it.

    How long does it normally take before my order is complete?

    Typically 7-12 days, but can vary depending on schedule. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, please email us directly at fromhearttohomedesigns@gmail.com and we can let you know if we are able to process your order sooner. Additional charges may apply for rush orders.

    Where can I pickup my order?

    We are located in San Antonio, TX (near 1604/281). Pickup address will be sent via text after order is placed with pickup instructions.
